Caractère: Kou est quelqu'un de très renfermé sur lui-même non à cause du décès de sa mère, mais à cause de la haine que son père lui a voué en lui portant de nombreux coups de ses cinq ans jusqu'à au moins ses vingt ans. Cela ne fait pas forcément de lui quelqu'un de pessimiste mais il aime bien se compliquer la vie plus que les autres. Néanmoins, il est d'une gentillesse extrêmement doucereuse et il n'essaie de rechercher que le bien autour de lui. Il est très à l'écoute et cherche à réparer les injustices de par ses moyens mais il ne peut faire qu'avec ce qu'il a. Il est assez hautain mais il n'a jamais fait de mal à qui que ce soit.
